Hi, my name is Shannon and I am the founder of Balance Fitness. I have been a Health and Fitness Coach for over 10 years where I have worked predominantly with women, helping them feel healthier, stronger and more confident.
As a mum myself I know how challenging it can be to prioritise our health and wellbeing which is why I am so passionate about what I do. My aim is to show you that it is possible to implement healthy habits and exercise into your busy life.
Another area I am passionate about is working with women going through perimenopause into menopause. I started perimenopause symptoms in my early 40’s and really didn’t know much about it. In an attempt to better understand my experience I immersed myself in all things perimenopause and menopause. I began reading, researching, becoming qualified as a Menopause Specialist with Menopause Movement. The more I learn, the more I want to share with and support other women who are going through this journey too.
Both my personal training and online coaching follow my realistic and sustainable approach to healthy living. No fad diets and no excessive training, they don’t work. I’m someone who loves to workout and eat healthy but I’m also someone who loves eating pizza with my family and enjoying a glass of wine (or two) with my friends. This is where that balance comes in, I want to help you find your healthy balance so that you can feel your best every day.
