Hi, I’m Shannon, the founder of Balance Fitness. I’ve been a Health and Fitness Specialist for over 13 years, working mainly with women to help them feel healthier, stronger, and more confident.

As a mum, I understand how tough it can be to prioritise your own health and wellbeing. That’s exactly why I’m so passionate about what I do—I want to show you that it is possible to build healthy habits and fit exercise into even the busiest life.

I’m also especially passionate about supporting women through perimenopause and menopause. When I started experiencing symptoms myself in my early 40s, I realised how little I actually knew about it. So, I dove in—I read, researched, and became a qualified Menopause Specialist with Menopause Movement. The more I learn, the more I want to share, so other women feel supported and empowered through this stage of life too.

Whether it’s personal training or online coaching, my approach is always realistic and sustainable. No fad diets, no punishing workouts—they just don’t work. I love exercising and eating well, but I also love pizza nights with my family and a glass of wine with friends. That’s what balance is all about, and that’s what I want to help you find—your own version of healthy, so you can feel your best every day.
